Brick Breaker — Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 22, 2026 · Applies to the Android and iOS apps

This Privacy Policy explains how app "Brick Breaker" or developer : DMG (Divine Memory Games) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Brick Breaker (the “Game”) on Android and iOS. We designed the Game to be privacy-friendly: there is no account, no sign-up, and we do not ask you for your name, email, or other personal details to play.

In short: we do not ourselves collect personal information about you. The Game is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob, and that service may collect certain device and advertising information as described below.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

None is required. The Game has no login, registration, or user profile, and we do not request personal information from you.

Information saved on your device

Your game progress, settings, currency (coins/gems), achievements, and streaks are stored locally on your device (Android app storage / iOS user defaults). This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the Game.

Information collected automatically by our advertising partner

To keep the Game free, we display ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process:

This information is collected by Google, not by us, under Google’s own privacy policy. We do not receive your advertising identifier or an advertising profile of you.

2. Advertising and Your Choices

We use Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your consent and device settings. Learn how Google uses this data here:

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time:

Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we present a consent request (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads, so you can accept or decline. You may withdraw or change your choice at any time by resetting your advertising identifier in your device settings, or through the in-app privacy options where available.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS 14 and later, the Game asks for your permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking for personalized advertising. If you decline, you will receive non-personalized ads.

3. Notifications

With your permission, the Game may send you a local daily reminder to come back and play. These reminders are generated on your device; we do not send push notifications from a server, and no personal data is transmitted to create them. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

4. Children’s Privacy

Brick Breaker is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country, such as 16 in parts of the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data:

We do not sell your personal information. Ad personalization may be considered “sharing” under some laws; you can opt out using the consent and device controls described in Section 2. Because we do not hold personal data about you ourselves, some requests may need to be directed to Google as our advertising provider.

6. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. The only third party that receives data through the Game is our advertising provider, Google (AdMob), as described above. We may disclose information if required to do so by law or to protect our rights.

7. Data Retention & Security

Data saved on your device remains until you delete the Game. Advertising data collected by Google is retained according to Google’s policies. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. International Data Transfers

Google may process data in countries other than the one you live in. Google provides appropriate safeguards for such international transfers under applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version at this address and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
