SDK data

Firebase and advertising providers receive technical, usage, diagnostic, and advertising data.

Scope and who is responsible

KINGFIT ("KINGFIT," "we," "us," or "our") owns and publishes Block Adventure -puzzle blast (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Android version of the Game and to privacy-related support communications with KINGFIT.

This Policy does not govern an advertiser's website, an app opened from an advertisement, an app store, the Android operating system, or another third-party service. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices.

Information the Game handles

The information below may be handled depending on your device, settings, region, how you use the Game, and which advertising provider fills an ad request.

Category Examples Where it goes
Local gameplay data High scores, stars, unlocked levels, saved board or run state, themes, sound and gameplay settings, and reminder state. Stored on your device. It may also be included in Android backup or restore if that feature is enabled for the Game and your device.
Gameplay and usage data Screen views, game mode, random run ID, theme choice, scores, level, stars, moves, lines, session duration, save/resume actions, outcomes, and notification-permission result. Sent to Google Analytics for Firebase so KINGFIT can understand and improve the Game, and to Google BigQuery if KINGFIT enables Analytics export.
Device and network data IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, device model, operating-system and app version, language, time zone, network state, and SDK or Firebase installation identifiers. Processed automatically by analytics, diagnostics, messaging, and advertising partners.
Advertising identifiers and activity Android Advertising ID, App Set ID or similar identifiers; ad request, format, placement, impression, click, video view, reward, failure, advertising network, and impression revenue. Processed by advertising and mediation partners.
Diagnostics Crash and ANR traces, timestamps, app state and breadcrumbs, device/OS details, memory or disk information, and technical performance data. Sent automatically to Firebase Crashlytics and potentially processed by advertising SDKs for reliability and fraud prevention.
Messaging and configuration data App version, Firebase installation ID, messaging token, notification interactions, and configuration or in-app-message eligibility. Processed by Firebase Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, and In-App Messaging.
Support communications Your email address, name if included, message, and any files or details you voluntarily send. Received by KINGFIT and its email provider when you contact support.
What the Game does not request: it does not ask for an account, precise GPS location, contacts, photos or media library, camera, microphone, SMS, health data, or payment-card information. Advertising services may still infer a general location from your IP address.

How information is collected

  • From your activity: when you play, choose a theme, save or resume a game, view a solution, respond to an ad offer, or change a setting.
  • Automatically from your device: through Firebase and advertising software development kits (SDKs) when the Game starts, runs, requests an ad, receives a message or configuration, or encounters an error.
  • From permissions and settings: when Android reports whether notification permission was granted, and through your advertising and privacy settings.
  • Directly from you: only when you choose to email KINGFIT for support or a privacy request.

How information is used

  • Provide the Game, remember local progress and preferences, restore saved runs, and award optional ad-based rewards.
  • Measure which modes and features are used, understand level difficulty, and improve game balance and design.
  • Serve banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements; measure ad delivery and revenue; limit invalid traffic; and prevent fraud and abuse.
  • Detect, investigate, and fix crashes, errors, performance problems, and unreliable ad delivery.
  • Deliver local reminders and, where used, messages or in-app notices, and fetch remote configuration.
  • Respond to support or privacy requests, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable law.

KINGFIT does not use the Game's local board contents or touch coordinates for analytics, and the Game's custom analytics events do not include player-entered text, names, or email addresses.

Sharing and service providers

KINGFIT shares or permits collection of information only as described in this Policy: with providers that operate analytics, diagnostics, messaging, configuration, and advertising services; when required by law; to protect users, KINGFIT, or others; or as part of a business reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer where permitted by law.

Advertising and mediation partners Ad delivery, mediation, measurement, reporting, attribution, security, and fraud prevention.

The advertising network that receives an ad request can vary by region, availability, and mediation results. An advertiser may receive information about an ad interaction, and a destination you open from an ad collects information under its own policy. Some providers act for KINGFIT, while advertising providers may also decide independently how they process information under their own notices.

KINGFIT requires providers acting on its behalf to protect personal data consistently with this Policy and applicable law. KINGFIT does not sell personal information for money. However, an advertising provider's use of device identifiers for personalized or cross-context advertising may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" under some privacy laws.

Your privacy choices

  • Notifications: notification permission is optional. You can deny it when prompted or revoke it later in Android Settings. The Game remains playable without notifications.
  • Advertising ID: Android lets you reset or delete your Advertising ID. The path varies by device, but is commonly under Settings → Privacy → Ads.
  • Ad personalization: use your Android/Google advertising settings and the privacy controls offered directly by advertising providers. Limiting personalization does not necessarily remove advertisements.
  • Rewarded ads: choosing a rewarded ad is optional. If you decline, you can use the alternative shown in the Game, although banner or interstitial ads may still appear.
  • Local data: clear the Game's storage in Android Settings or uninstall the Game to remove local data from that device. Backup copies are controlled separately by your device or backup provider.

The current version of the Game does not include an in-game switch to disable Firebase Analytics or advertising SDK collection. Provider-level privacy choices may be available through your Android/Google advertising settings, privacy controls shown within an advertisement, or the relevant provider's privacy page.

Data retention and deletion

  • Local game data remains until it is overwritten, you clear the Game's storage, or you uninstall it. Android backup data may remain according to your backup provider's settings and retention rules.
  • Firebase Analytics data is kept according to KINGFIT's configured Firebase/Google Analytics retention settings. Aggregated reports that no longer identify a device may be retained longer.
  • Google BigQuery exports, if enabled by KINGFIT, are stored separately from Firebase Analytics and follow the retention and deletion settings configured for the relevant Google Cloud dataset.
  • Firebase Crashlytics data, including crash traces and associated installation identifiers, is generally retained by Firebase for 90 days before removal begins.
  • Firebase installation and messaging data is retained as needed to provide those services and is removed under Firebase's deletion processes.
  • Advertising data is kept by advertising and mediation partners under their own policies, generally only as long as needed for ad delivery, measurement, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations, and privacy requests.
  • Support and privacy correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, keep required records, enforce rights, and meet legal obligations.

To request deletion of data controlled by KINGFIT, email admin@stepcounter.com. Because the Game has no KINGFIT account and much of the data is pseudonymous or aggregated, KINGFIT may not be able to connect a person to a particular SDK record without a relevant device or installation identifier. KINGFIT will explain what can be located and deleted. You may also submit a request directly to an advertising provider using the controls in its privacy policy.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal data; to restrict or object to processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and to appeal a decision. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

To exercise a right, email KINGFIT with the subject "Block Adventure Privacy Request", state your country or state and the right you wish to exercise, and provide enough detail to understand the request. KINGFIT may request limited information to verify and process it. Authorized agents may submit requests where local law permits. KINGFIT will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Children's privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13 or the minimum age defined by local law. KINGFIT does not knowingly ask children to provide personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through the Game or a support message, contact KINGFIT. After reasonable verification, KINGFIT will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

Security and international transfers

KINGFIT uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved. Firebase and Google Mobile Ads state that data is encrypted in transit. No system can guarantee absolute security, so KINGFIT cannot promise that loss, misuse, or unauthorized access will never occur.

KINGFIT and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, including countries whose privacy laws differ from yours. Where required, KINGFIT relies on recognized safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. See each provider's policy for more information about its processing locations.

Changes to this Policy

KINGFIT may update this Policy when the Game, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be revised. If a change is material, KINGFIT may provide additional notice in the Game or by another appropriate method before the change takes effect where required by law.
